Are you available for a custom order?

We are always happy to take on custom orders! Please see our Commissions page to contact us regarding this.

How long will it take to get my order?

If you purchase an item from our Shop Inventory, it should take no longer than 5-10 business days to receive your new stained glass piece!

If you order a custom piece, the time varies based on size and scope of the project, though we do our best to stay within 7-14 business days for average size custom orders.

Please remember: We are a small operation of only two people, and though we do our best we may not always be able to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your patience, and are more than happy to answer any questions about the status of your order if you have them.

What are your policies regarding cancellations/returns?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of custom orders and discounted items, we are not able to accept returns unless items are received damaged.

My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

For us to place a claim with the shipper we need:
1) A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number.
2) Two photos displaying all six sides of the box. (One photo of the top and two sides, one photo of the bottom and remaining two sides.)
3) A photo of the packing material used inside of the box.
4) A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with the original packaging materials.
5) A separate photo of the damaged merchandise itself.
6) The dimensions of the box. (Length x Width x Height)

Please e-mail the above information to knofferglassworks@gmail.com with the subject header “DAMAGED ORDER #0000” where your order number would be in place of the zeros. We’ll stay in touch with you as we go through the claims process with the shipper.

Currently we service the entirety of the United States, and are looking at expanding to worldwide shipping in the future!
